Spring, 2010:
Kelly C. Elmore will be presenting a seminar entitled “Collections, Liens and Foreclosures” hosted by the Lakeside Community Development Corporation (Lakeside CDC).  Ms. Elmore will be discussing the process for filing a collection action, how to work with outside counsel, and the purpose of a lien.  Attendees will learn about the impact of foreclosures, how to protect the association’s interest during a foreclosure, and how to avoid forcing a unit owner into foreclosure through collections activity.  To inquire about this event, please contact Julio Soriano at (773) 381-5253 or log on to http://www.lakesidecdc.org.

May, 2010:
David C. Hartwell and Kelly C. Kelly C.
